What I love in my work as a coach is "Making people and organisations stronger". I've always have had this natural, spontaneous believe in peoples potential. Seeing the uniqueness of leaders and trying to help them figure out how they can build on it, is what passionate me.

Leadership often comes with quit some personal doubts. Understanding your business, how to lead people and teams, keeping the balance with your personal life. It's more than a handful and often, there is not a lot of time to think things through.

And that's exactly why I started our sailing journey with Carl.When we first discussed it, we immediately felt: 'That's it!' The combination of a unique environmentwhere people do have time, away from the daily routine, makes that they can reflect deeplyon who they want to be as a leader and what the personal compass is.

Why a sailing yacht

Embarking on a sailing journey offers a unique environment for profound learning and personal growth. Isolated from daily distractions, you have the time and space to fully disconnect and immerse yourself in the experience.

Operating in an unfamiliar setting—aboard a magnificent sailing yacht—on a confined space, you actively participate in steering, tacking, and hoisting the mainsail.

This creates an intense and transformative adventure at sea.

Where will we take you

Our boat awaits you in Croatia. During 4 days we will discover the Kornation islands.

This is a calm and safe sailing area off the Croatian coastwhere we will alternate intensive personal coaching with a refreshing swim in the sea, a home-cooked lunch on board in a deserted bayand tasting local specialities on a small island.
